We only collect the information we need to answer your requests and organise your trip, and we never sell it.

What we collect and why

Enquiry form. When you send the form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), the trip you are interested in, your preferred dates, the number of travellers and your message. We use them only to answer your request and, if you book, to organise your trip. The message is sent to us by email through our email delivery provider (Resend).

Spam protection. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the request comes from a human. Cloudflare processes technical data (such as your IP address and browser information) for this purpose only.

WhatsApp, phone and email. If you contact us directly, we receive the information you choose to share. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy policy applies.

Third-party content

• Google Maps: our contact page shows a Google Maps map, which may set Google cookies.

Audience measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (pages viewed, approximate location, type of device, how they found us) and to count the enquiries sent through the form. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data on our behalf; IP addresses are not stored. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep your data

Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. Information related to a booking is kept for as long as required by accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to dunetrektours@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
